Follow these simple procedures when sending CHJ your file(s) and we will have you and your project up, running and on your way before you know
it.
Preparing Your Files
If using color in your document make sure all colors are converted to CMYK (no RGB colors). Save your document(s) and image(s) in a program and
format compatible with CHJ (see below). Compress your files using Stuffit (for Macintosh) or Zip (for Windows). NOTE: If you send anything other than a PDF file, you must send all supporting images and fonts along with your native document file.
Sending Your Files
Please fax your order form or call in your order before sending any files. Then simply attach your file(s) to
an e-mail and send (please, no files
over 5MB). You will be notified via e-mail with receipt of your sent file(s) within 24 hours. If you are not notified please call Trevor

Accepted File And Image Formats
- Adobe PDF files
- Adobe Illustrator (up to version CS3)
- Adobe Photoshop (up to version CS3)
- Adobe InDesign (up to version CS3)
- Quark XPress (up to version 4)
- Microsoft Office 2003 (Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Viseo)
- Images should be saved as .tif or .eps formats only
